What we look for
The person with the best qualifications and the biggest names on his or her CV more often than not is not the best person for the job.
We look for people who demonstrate a broader perspective: analysts who are able to see the big picture through the hype and market noise, and are willing to make up their own minds and question conventional wisdom; controllers who don't just check the numbers, but remember what the numbers stand for; and risk managers who check risks, not boxes.
And generally, we look for people who have interests outside finance. We believe this leads to better judgement and ethical decision making.
